Our operation at Nagarbhavi Ring Road, has made us well established center for treatment and rejuvenation. At present we have 5 Panchakarma Rooms with 2 free consulting doctors, well trained professional therapists of more than 5 years of quality experience and a fully fledged Pharmacy.

Ayurveda

The word “Ayurveda” is a compound of two words ‘ayus’ and ‘veda’. Ayus means Life or Longevity, and the word Veda means Knowledge. Thus, “Ayurveda” roughly translates as “The Knowledge of Life” or alternatively the practical step to attain good health and longevity.

People have been enjoying its benefits for several generations. This holistic system treats the cause and not the symptoms. The efficiency of the treatment depends upon the efficiency of the medical practitioners and therapists. At Gaurav Ayurveda Center, we have highly qualified professionals who have been dedicated practitioners of the science for years.

Panchakarma Therapy

Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic Therapy/approach. It is a Cleansing, Relaxing, Health Promoting and Rejuvenating Therapy. It also helps in the restoration and maintenance of body.

Procedure where toxins related to upper part of the body till Diaphragm and Respiratory tract are removed by medicated Emesis.
A detoxification procedure by which toxins that cause circulatory disorders and toxins related to Abdomen and Pelvis are removed.
Administration of medicines through the nostrils for diseases in the head region. Systematically performed Nasya is such a powerful therapy that can bring great relief to many diseases.
An excellent therapy to harmonize and regulate Vata. A detoxifying therapeutic enema procedure using various medical preparations. Good for the Nervous System and Deep Connective Disorders.
An effective procedure used for local detoxification by removing impure blood as in cases of Eczema, Acne, Scabies, Leukoderma, Rash, Metastatic & Non-Metastatic Tumors etc.

Health Through Ayurveda:

  • The main aim of Ayurveda is to protect the health of a person. For this many rules and regulations have been laid down.
  • Waking up in Brahmi Muhurtha (45 minutes before sunrise) everyday is ideal for maintenance of health.
  • Passing the natural urges like Urine & Stools soon after getting up is of prime importance.
  • One should not withhold natural urges like Urination, defecation, Hunger, Thirst, Sleep, Yawning, Sneezing etc.,
  • One should maintain the health & hygiene of sense organs like Eyes, Ears, Nose, Tongue and Skin.
  • Massage to Head, Feet & Ear with medicated oil is ideal for health.
  • Massaging the whole body with medicated oil followed by taking bath everyday with lukewarm water is beneficial.
  • One should sleep in a clean and pleasant place at proper time everyday.
  • Taking food twice a day is advised.
  • Shashtika Shali (Paddy harvested in 60 days), Green Gram, Rock salt, Gooseberry, Wheat, Pure Water, Milk, Ghee, Honey – these should be part of everyday meals.
  • The food which is warm, with liquids, in proper quantity and quality should be taken neither too fast nor too slowly with peaceful mind.
  • Following the rules with self confidence and balancing the situations in day to day life will help to maintain the health.
  • Natural fragrances like Chandana (Sandalwood), Lavancha, Karpoora(Camphor) and Tulasi can be used for Lepana.
  • Considering the ability, age and profession, one should follow the regular exercise to half of his physical strength.
  • Daily intake of 2-3 liters of water is advisable.
  • Food habits and activities should be according to seasonal variations.
  • Easily digestible and fresh food should be consumed.
  • Boiled and cooled water should be used for drinking in all seasons.
  • Food, Sleep and Work should be in balance.
  • Fruits and Vegetables available in specific seasons should be made use in diet.
